Remember as a child when there was nothing more fun in the world than building a sandcastle? When you would build and create without consideration of the exact correct best photo angle of your creation? When you were an architect of your own life, building spade by spade without worrying about the sea washing it away, just allowing it's time and space to be there, in that moment, in pure joy and glory and happiness of the building. The power of creating, just for fun.
At the beach yesterday, on two seperate occasions I saw two different types of jellyfish. When something appears more than once to me consecutively, I see it as a wee sign to investigate :D
The first jellyfish - a compass jellyfish, which, even the name is one of the best names that actually means so much on so many levels. A wee jellyfish, no heart, brain, lungs or nervous system, that fully trusts in surrender of the sea's wise waves compass to guide it where it is meant to go, to where it's meant to be and to where it is meant to be washed up with the waves. The wee jellyfish with no heart, lungs or brain but has the capacity to teach us of immortality, due to the only invertebrate animal to be able to regenerate and reverse it's life cycle. The second jellyfish, either a moon or crystal jellyfish, again the name says it all really, reminding us of the power of the wisdom from the earth - crystals, the moon -tidally locked to the sea, the jellyfish that has been swimming in the seas since before the dinosaurs ages. The wee jellyfish that teaches us the importance of energy flow, to rest and then contract, to conserve our own energy.
Being bioluminescent, they also produce their own light. Today bring your bioluminescentness and be your own light. Let Nature Teach You xx
